Location: HQ Phnom Penh Key Responsibilities:

• Working with all Head of Branch Operation/ Branch Operation Officer for facilitate the document of request pass to procurement team to process for getting approval of buying material or fixed assets
• Manages all fixed assets of all branches of Cambodia Post Bank Plc and report to admin and procurement manager on timeline basis
• Responsible for tracking all rental buildings of CP Bank and make payment on time.
• Assisted admin and procurement manager for all operation expenses requests from H.Q staffs and branches and submit for approval.
• Responsible for tracking all rental photocopy machine and make payment on time
• Provides all trainings to head of branches operation or branch operation officers for new recruitments and continue trainings for all bank policy
• Responsible for delivery all the email/mail that received from branches to the managements

Job Requirements:

• Understand about vision, mission, regulations, and other principles of Cambodia Post Bank.
• Hold Bachelor degree of Finance and Banking, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years experiences in Admin affairs.
• High proficiency in English knowledge.
• Managing, communicating, reporting, decision making, solving problem, and interpersonal skill.
• High confident and talent to work and commit to work.
