DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY‍

  • Monitor and manage operation of SWIFT, Money Gram and EMQ
  • Perform daily transactions accurately in compliance with rules, regulations and bank’s internal policies
  • Report Remittance Business to Head of Remittance Operations
  • As a Coordinator or Connection-Point with SWIFT Server/Services Provider at Singapore –Bottom line Technologies, MoneyGram and EMQ Company related to technical and information from time to time
  • Serve as support team to front line staff(s)for any SWIFT/ Money Gram/EMQ related inquires and issues
  • Ensure effective cooperation and maintain close communications with all business units, departments and branches
  • Other duties as required to ensure the operational effectiveness of the Financial Institutions Group
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Remittance Operations
  • As SWIFT Modifier - to modify TT Outward Transactions and other messages in SWIFT system accurately in compliance with rules, regulations and bank’s internal policies and in accordance with SWIFT Manual and Procedure
  • As a second SWIFT administrator- to ensure to quit and log out from system accordingly after finishing operations.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking,Business Administrator or relevant Degree
  • At least 3 years experiences working in banking operation or related field
  • Understanding of Overseas Remittance knowledge, compliance policies and procedure
  • Good communication, problem solving and hardworking
  • Ability to do multi task, work under pressure and over time
  • Good command of English, Chinese is a plus
  • Good computer literacy, Ms word, Excel and Power Point
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of data integrity and security
  • Working hours: 13:00- 20:00 (Mon-Sat)
