Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide independent review of SME and Commercial loan applications from branch/ Business Team and make recommendations for Management or CC's approval
• Evaluate and make recommendations of Credit Review for commercial loan and seek Management approval
  
• Provide support, guidance and training to branches/ Business Team regarding loan assessment and process as required
• Conduct on-site visit at applicant's business premise/ property charged if required to ensure accuracy information provided by the business team
• Approve of Retail/ SME loan application at designated limit
  
• Arrange Credit Committee meeting and take the meeting minute
  
• Keep proper record of each case and prepare required reports
  
• Develop and maintain friendly, open, reciprocal working relationship and communication channel with all SATHAPANA BANK team members
• Other tasks asrequired by the management
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting, Banking, Management or other related degreesAt least 2 years of experience in financial management and reporting in the bank or MFI sector
• Goodmanagement and leadership skills
• Be Patient and able to work under pressure
• Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
