• Provide strategic vision and direction in security aspects of an organization
• Develop and implement strategic security protocols and procedures.
• Develop policies and protocols for securing and protecting sensitive information.
• Hire and recruit the best talent in building up the security of an organization
• Coordinate cross team functional in maintaining vigilance and security of an organization.
• Utilize information technology to protect electronic information resources
• Ensure system and data security to all banking application

Requirements

• Hold Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology
  5 – 10 years’ experience in managing IT Security unit/department with MFI or Banking sector
• Demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve goals
• Demonstrated skills in verbal communication and listening
• Proven leadership experience in similar roles
• Hard-working and able to work under pressure
• Have knowledge on the IT security framework that implement by bank in Cambodia
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Knowledge of control frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT and ITIL
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as NBC, PCIDSS, VISA
