To develop and implement innovative talent attraction and employer branding activities to achieve candidate pipeline generation and build employment brand awareness along with executing the recruitment activities to fulfill the recruitment plan with quality, on time, and satisfied services provided.
Executes and drives end to end hiring process from entry to supervisor levels and some managerial positions assigned by manager with good quality and less lead time .
Defines, builds and maintains candidate sourcing channels in order to make sure that job announcement has been widely reached to targeted pools of candidate
Executes and manages the internship and volunteer programs to ensure the right candidates have been selected in timely and manner with quality, on time, and satisfied services provided
Takes lead in running employer branding campaigns and other related recruitment projects to attract talent pools and to build Amret's image among financial and non-financial employee
Manages and ensures completion of staff employment documents
Facilitates and coordinates effective on boarding process
Perform other tasks as assigned by management team
Degree in human resource or related fields
Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, recruitment and selection
High commitment with positive attitude and willing to travel to provinces
Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
Have good communication, and interpersonal skill
