Real Estate Officer (2Post)

1 – PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Real Estate Officer is responsible for supporting Manager of Real Estate Manager, providing accurate information to analyze collateral value and make sure the collateral is on market price.

2- EXPECTED RESULTS

• Reporting data collection on sale and sold in operation area
• Input data in system
• Join to update land market price

3 – MAIN DUTIES:

• Inspect collateral value (loan over 50,000$)
• Collect property and project development data on operation area every month
• Input data in system
• Update land market price
• Prepare valuation procedure (For valuation team)
• Other task may be assigned by supervisor.

4 – QUALIFICATIONS

The Real Estate Officer needs the following qualifications:

• Year 3 or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Land Management and Land Administration, Economics, Business, Statistics or another quantitative field.
• Experience in the relevant field of at least 1 years, preferable with real estate experience
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, English, Google Earth, and Google Map.
• Understanding the real estate situation in Cambodia.
• Interest in real estate markets and banking
• Proactive, flexible and a good team player
• Ability on problem solving and good communication skills
