Job Introduction

Support the CFO in driving the change in the finance division in order to ensure the adoption of and compliance to international quality standards as well as constantly improve efficiency of the division.

Job Description

  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Executes and Leads all projects with effectiveness and efficiency of dedicated timeframe, scope of work and budget

  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Proactively leads and monitors all related process and resources ensuring it is effectively utilized and allocated in project scope and timeline

  • Oversees the overall operational risk and identifies the mitigation plan to cope up with the issues, and escalates to management if needed

  • Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Meets budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Develops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

  • Analyzes the performance of the main competitors and recognized efficient companies, and make recommendations

  • Contributes in monthly and quarterly financial performance report to the board on projects status

  • Actively participates to the new and existing bank, non-FIs partnership performance reports to ensure due diligence complies with Amret's policy and regulations

  • Supports each department into their major transformation and efficiency projects and continually develops leadership skills

  • Collaborates with all other departments and divisions on adhoc projects

  • Attends conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, banking or related fields

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in various financial environment and 2 years in managerial roles

  • Exposure in sizeable projects management

  • Have significant exposure to at least 2 functions of accounting, treasury, admin and budgeting/planning

  • Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English

  • Good computer literacy.
