POSITION: Interior Designer (1 positions)
LOCATION: Head Office (Phnom Penh,1 positions)
Duties and Responsibilities:
|Design dimension specifications for LOLC’s buildings, counters, and interior decorations.|
|Prepare, review design and construction cost estimates, budgets, drawings, plans and specification, renovation and remodeling projects and furnishings design, construction and production.|
|Develop design concepts and prepare all the technical drawings & layouts.|
|Ensure the office standards in LOLC.|
|Research concepts and materials to support on technical issues influencing concept development.|
|Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.|
|Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within the budget.|
|Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.|
|Work with management or renovate spaces to meet the office standards.|
|Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces.|
|Plan architectural detail and draw up material plans and sketches.|
|Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Marketing Department.|
Qualification and Requirements:
|Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Architecture/Engineering.|
|At least 2-year interior design experiences with commercial office projects.|
|Knowledge of Space Planning, CAD/Sketch Up modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator and 3D Max.|
|Good communication and organizational skills.|
|Knowledge of Construction, Contract Documents and Construction Administration Implementation as well as Finishes & Furniture specifying.|
|High commitment and good communication.|
