Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate in preparing budgeting and management accountingreports.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly/annually NBC and Tax reportof ChokChey and submit to head of finance and administration division by the deadline.
- Work closely with National Bank of Cambodia, GeneralDepartment of Taxation, Ministry of Commerce or related government bodies tosubmit the required reports.
- Work with Head of Finance and administration division toupdate the policies and procedures in order to reflect the operations of ChokChey.
- Initiate new techniques to improve the working practice inChokChey in order to meet the regulation requirement.
- Update NBC compliance issues or Prakas to Management.
- Update new regulation and prepare tax procedures/guidelinesand conduct training to branch if required.
- Check the financial data from ChokChey branches for reporting preparation and work with accountants at branches to ensure ChokChey data incorrectly.
- Create and design control account schedule to ensure thefinancial data has no any errors.
- Queries data from Core banking system for analysis andaccounting purpose.
- Support branches to prepare & reconcile tax payable andreconcile some GL if required.
- Review branch working of withholding tax, salary tax,prepayment of profit tax to ensure the tax payable at branches is correct.
- Review and ensure income/expense/contract/invoice/otherdocumentation related to tax issue is proper and accurate to be minimized more tax impose.
- Lender/funder report base on the schedule required by each lender.
- Provide the appropriate report to Head of Finance and administrationdivision regarding to the new regulations and compliance issues.
- Prepare the required documentation of registration withrelated government bodies.
- Provide regularly training to support team on new regulation requirement and update of laws.

Job Requirement

- A minimum university education in accounting andbanking/finance or an equivalent.
- Studying CAT or ACCA is preferred.
- At least 5 years-relevant work experiences in banking ormicrofinance and management role.
- Knowledge of Cambodian Taxation is preferred.
- Able to write the report both English and Khmer.
- Good computing skills (i.e. Microsoft Office and core banking system)
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- High motivation and ability to work without the supervision.
- Staff supervision, training /coaching and managementexperience.
