Location:   Head Office-Phnom Penh 
Report to:  Director of Project Management Office 
Deadline:  30-August-2019
Duties and Responsibilities:Lead Corporate sales function focusing on non-loan products, dealership management and discount partnership by working closely with related teams to ensure service delivery satisfaction; for loan products, contribute through loan referrals;Develop new dealership & manage ongoing relationship by delivering volumetric & financial objectives as set out in the business plan;Monitor and lead team to implement marketing/sales plan, enhance sales productivity and deliver sales targets;Oversee Corporate Sales's daily process and performance by ensuring the sales and service qualities;Drive sales and service direction by working closely with related concerned department in developing market studies to assess market development and production organization, future market situation and competitor evolution, and prepare results analyses;Propose, plan, and develop strategies to drive target achievement focus on Corporate Sales area to retain HKL’s position at the forefront of Cambodia’s Financial Sector;Identify key areas  improvement  the Corporate Sales process and provide coaching and training  to the team;Act  as a spokesperson of  the company to join sales events or  conferences and generate the business leads;Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:Bachelor degree in business or a related fieldAt least 5-year-experience of Sales and Relationship Mangement in industry of bank, MDI and MFIDemonstrate strong knowledge of sales development and relationship management.Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutionsBe fluent in verbal and written in EnglishExcellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new businessAble to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and skill analyzing and evaluating performanceExperience of working in a corporate /business focused environmentAble to work under pressure, independently as well as in team.
Remuneration:HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience.
