Team Leader, Credit Analyst​(1post)

Location:  Head Office – Phnom Penh
Report to: Director, Credit Underwriting Department
Deadline:  27-December-2018

Duties and Responsibilities:
  
-    Coordinate branch on preparing credit/loan proposal.
-    Analyze payback ability of loans borrowers.
-    Identify credit risks as well as suggest corresponding risk mitigations.
-    Lead, guide, and support a credit analysting team in processing and assessing loan proposal
-    Interact with branch staff to solicit and verify borrower’s information.
-    Propose credit decisions and negotiate with branch staff accordingly.
-    Liaise with Credit Approval Committee to present loan proposal and respond to query/suggestion from the committee.
-    Keep track on turnaround time of loan process between branches and Head Office.   

Qualifications:
-    Bachelor degree in banking/finance, business, economics, or other equivalent qualification.
-    At least 2 years working experience related to credit and/or financial analysis.
-    Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
-    Good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking sector.
-    Good interpersonal communication, team work, and result-oriented.
-    Sound computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, Internet, and Email.
-    Proficiency in English is a plus advantage.
-    High commitment with strong work ethics and integrity.
