Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying market space for initiating the Banking Products and Services.
• Reviewing the performance of Banking Products and Service to assess the application of the products in the market and find out the weakness and strength of the current products and services.
• Assisting the Manager of Banking Service Development Unit to design the products features based on the market demand, and formulate manuals, and guidelines of each Banking Products.
• Assisting the Manager of Banking Service Development Unit to prepare plan and deliver training and refresher course to relevant staffs on products and services
• Following up operational staff to ensure their implementation and documentations usage are in line with the Products manuals, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Others work per assignation.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in banking or finance field. MBA preferably.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the banking sector.
•  Experience with card operation/process of Credit Card and Debit Card such as Master Card, Visa Card, Union Pay International, ATM, POS, and others electronic Service.
•  Experience with online banking service such as internet banking or mobile banking .etc.
• Very good communication skills and Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
• Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices
• Strong analytical and managerial skills
• Ability to perform training to staff within the branch network system
• Competent in spoken and written English communication
• Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationship with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans in order to comply with set targets
• Develop concept and idea for the introduction of innovative services
• Computer literacy
