Top Up Leader (Finance Operation)

 

1. KEY TASKS:

   Most of Top Up Leader (Finance Operation) roles are focus on dealer and agent top up, producing report, deal with cooperate banks, solving      dealer and agent issue related to top up, maintain and take care top up team.

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Providing proper introduction and training to team as well as new member

-Take care and handle all team enquiries

-Primary solving problems that causes from dealers, agents and Sales Team

-Assisting to check daily top up report before submitting to line manager

-Handle contacting with bank when we are having problem not receiving auto e-mail

-Call to check and verify with bank when dealer update wrong information

-Contact with IT when DID of dealer/agent error cannot top up

-Processing daily top up and reimbursement for dealer, agent, dispute causes and retail Store

-Verify and approval for daily top up operations

-Keep track on transaction pending and follow up dealer and agent to clear all those transactions-

-Producing daily, weekly and Monthly Report send to line manager and management team

-Maintain team relationship and update new information to them

-Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

 

3. SPECIFICATION:

-Bachelor degree in accounting, banking and finance or related field

-1year experience in finance, accounting or banking field

-Working knowledge window of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email

-Willing to learn new things

-Adaptability and ability to work under pressure

-Honestly, friendly, initiative, hardworking and good interpersonal skill

-Good team player-
