Human Resource Manager Full-time Job

Job Responsibilities

• Develop job description and specification to ensure for each department in cooperation with department manager

• Perform recruitment & selection process and activities

• HR Policy formulation and implementation

• Conduct staff training and development

• Prepare HR planning and budgeting

• Work closely with department managers regarding staff issues such as promotion, demotion, transfer, termination, grievance procedure, workflow, absenteeism and conflict solution

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related fields

• At least 3 years experience in Human Resource Management level or related fields

• Experience of HR in Private School is advantage

• Disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, good personality and communication

• Good understanding of Cambodia labour law

• Know how to use computer and MS Office 

• Good fluency in English

Currently there are 45 staff & 750 children and we intend to grow to 1000 at our current campus in Takeo.
