JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support and maintain core banking system
• Handle with all problems by tracking issues and provide the best solution
• Perform System EoD and Data backup by using procedures, and report any issues rise up during the process to line manager and assist in resolving until EoD is success
• Ensure all changes request to system is properly done and record in document
• Liaise with system vendor to get the best service, and post system issues into vendor’s system and follow up until the case is successfully completed
• Develop report by following Biz
• Be the key contact person with CBC institution
• Manage and upload CBC report weekly and monthly
• Develop report follow Biz
• Other tasks assigned by manager

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree of IT or related fields
• At least 1 year experience in core banking system or MIS Function
• Experience in using SQL or other databases and MS. Excel is preferable
• Thorough and detail oriented
• Dynamic and positive attitude with ability & willingness to learn
• Possess honestly, initiative, and good communication
• Commitment to the First Finance Goal, Mission, and Values
