Job Introduction


To manage and improve human resources information system (HRIS) in order to ensure the effectiveness of workflow in the system as well as ensuring the accuracy of employee data, compensation and benefits computation and payment, and efficiency of personnel budget management.


Job Description


  • Work as system administrator and champion through creating user accounts and access rights, conducting system monitoring (database back up, DLL updates), collecting new HR requirements, contacting with vendor, etc. to ensure the effectiveness of workflow in the system and ESS portal.

  • Work with relevant units in updating and documenting the HRIS manual/materials in a timely manner for user’s reference.

  • Control and organize the implementation process and rules in HRIS by figure out the challenges/issues, propose alternative solutions and system requirements to ensure high level of accuracy and fasten process.

  • Produce all reports for relevant stakeholders on regular basis and on demand with analysis and commentary.

  • Act as a focal point when any staff has doubts or issues concerning HRIS.

  • Work with Team Leader, HR services team in writing new proposed requirements to ensure the effectiveness of system processes.

  • Provide training on existing reward policies/procedures to all relevant staff for their understanding and effective implementation.

  • Support policy development team in conducting research about HR reward system/practices and trend to keep updating and simplifying existing reward procedures and/or guidelines.

  • Control on staffing information/changes sent from staffing module before auto calculating payroll to mitigate risks.


Job Requirements


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields

  • Minimum 02 years’ experience in HRIS management and Human Resources or Administration

  • Good problem-solving as well as able to work under pressure

  • Well self-organized and self-checked

  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English

  • Good computer literacy
