Mobile Application Developer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study business requirement, concept and design
• Deliver app life cycle –build, deploy, test, release app to stores for iOS and Android
• Create compelling mobile device specific user interfaces and experiences
• Create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps/web
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile/web technologies
• Creating user manual/internal procedure/process of responsible mobile application
• Provide technical training to related staff of responsible system.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in IT/MIS
• Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
• Experience building web and native apps
• Using version control (e.g. SVN)
• Good understanding of programming and design patterns
• Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and PHP
• Understanding of other compiled languages
• iOS –
  • Good design and programming skills in Objective-C, Swift
  • Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Ruby, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc.)
  • Familiar with Xcode Apple Developer
• Android –
  • Good design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
  • Familiar with the Android SDK
  • Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
  • Familiar with Eclipse, Android Studio
