BRIEF DESCRIPTION

·        Research & Product Development Manager is responsible forresearching, developing and launching new products & services and enhancingand redesigning the existing products & services.

·        Research & Product Development Manager will work withindividuals across departments to identify and define target market segment,market requirements, key business strategies and the competitive environmentfor our niche market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Conductthe market research to support decision-making on the offering of competitiveproducts & services

·        Reviewthe existing products & services

·        Undertakein-depth market insight to provide fact-based decision-making to support theproduct development activities

·        (Re)developand commercialize the existing and new products & services

·        Prepareresearch & development proposals

QUALIFICATIONS& REQUIREMENTS

WorkExperience

• 3-5 years of work experience in research and product development in the banking industry

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Banking & Finance/Business
• Have basic knowledge in FinTech
• Have strong reporting and presentation skills
• Have a good command of English
