Senior Research Officer Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular research surveys (customer satisfaction, loan, deposit survey…)

- Facilitate ad hoc surveys both desk and field research

- Assist in developing relevant research aspects (fieldwork plan, questionnaire, method, or proposal)

-Assist in translating research materials from English to Khmer and vice versa

- Gather information on products and services of key competitors and market changes

- Visit any branches in operating areas, and collect related research data

- Work both independently and as part of a team

Perform all related assigned tasks by research manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking and Finance or equivalent degree

-Two years’ experience in research from banks, MFIs, research firms, or quantitative research projects

- Experience in data collection, field research, interview, or report writing

- Have a willingness to visit any operating areas and travel to the field

- Good command in English (writing and speaking) is a plus

- Computer/software literacy (MS Office, SPSS, or other data analysis tools)

- Creative and ready to take on new initiatives
