Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and guideline to support deposit activities
- Enhancement of deposit from customers
- Ensure that selling guideline are implemented promptly by the related staff and branch level
- Manage deposit tracking tools and report on important informant to analyze the customer’s needs
- Monitor the results of the sales activities of the branch staff and keep record the deposit trend
- Develop, manage, coach, monitor and motivate the sales team to improve their skill to ensure the monthly sales target is achieved
- Support branch level on direct sales activities
- Support the branches in general improvement to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience,
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and provide support for sales and close new deals
- Encourage of non-deposit sales, cross-selling to the prospective customers
- Follow up the results of these training and refreshment training sessions
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking or related field
- Experience in the financial sector for at least 3 years
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in banking or financial institution
- Very good knowledge and job experience of banking services for at least 5 years
- History of strong achievement of sales performance
- High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
- Good knowledge of English language
- Ability to perform training to staff within the branch network system
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit
- Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices
