POSITION: Senior SME Lending Officer (1 positions)

LOCATION: Head Office (Phnom Penh,1 positions)

Duties and Responsibilities:

img1.png Review SME loans which are submitted from branches and recommended to credit committee.
img1.png Monitor performance of team members to have more efficiency and supporting errors of loan proposals submitted by branches.
img1.png Collect and control errors of loan proposals submitted by branches, analyzed and commented to loan case in liaison with loan policies.
img1.png Regular on-site support to branch network in order to encourage achieving targets, pushing or improving results.
img1.png Strengthen SME loan assessment with BM/DBM/HCO/CO.
img1.png Select poor portfolio performance of branches, identify problems and propose actions to improve.
img1.png Follow compliant from clients related to SME loan service.
img1.png Visit SME clients which loan size is over to the authorization of Branch Manager and provided loan recommendation if it’s required by the Credit Committee.
img1.png Participate in Credit committee meeting to present the SME loan information.
img1.png Identify potential business opportunities by branch (cluster markets, potential clients by sector, activities, etc
img1.png Regularly monitor Loan Portfolio Quality and Overdue & LWO report from Branches.

Qualification and Requirements:

img1.png Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or other quantitative field. MBA preferably.
img1.png Minimum of 3 years of lending experience with a focus on MSME segments.
img1.png Minimum of 2 years of experience of working in regulated financial institution, preferable with some direct lending management experience.
img1.png Experience with building strong relationships to achieve loan growth targets.
img1.png Excellent working knowledge of the market.
img1.png Solid knowledge of risk, macroeconomics, trading, and portfolio theory.
img1.png Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel , Word, others)
img1.png Strong knowledge in English.
img1.png Proactive, flexible and a good team player
img1.png Ability on problem solving and good communication skills
img1.png Good behavior committed and disciplined
