Head of Asset Backed Department Full-time Job

Job Details

Main Duties:

  • Assist the Chief Channel Officer to analyze and monitor the asset backed performance by branches.
  • Conduct daily,weekly, and monthly follow up on branch disbursement plans and actual disbursement on the asset backed products in order to achieve the business plans.
  • Manage and coach the staff in the department effectively.
  • Research, analyze and expand the markets of asset backed products.
  • Liaise with Vipar Company and other dealers for business partnership.
  • Develop new business partnership and maintain existing partners for asset backed products.
  • Provide advice and take appropriate actions to branches whose asset backed disbursement performances below targets.
  • Act as the contact person for branch when there is any enquiry about asset backed products.
  • Develop/ revise asset backed product policies and forms.
  • Other tasks assigned by Chief Channel Officer.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • MBA/BA in Banking/Finance or Business Management/Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 year-experiences in managing small retail banking financial operations.
  • Have good business strategies.
  • Familiar withe merging issues related to Asset backed/ leasing in Cambodia.
  • Computer literate in spread sheet, database and work processing programs.
  • Good English communication - written and oral communication skills.
