- Be able to use Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoints and Email
- Good Communication skills
- Experience in teaching
- Good in English
- Good time and task management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Newly Hired Training Program and Induction program
- Deliver hard skill course (Customer Service Process) Update material (Customer Service Process) Design Question and do the correction (Customer Service Process)
- Assist in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Learning impact measurement
- Coordinates the OJT/Workplace Practice with line manager, follow up the progress of trainee and evaluation after OJT/Workplace Practice, and record in OJT report
- Monitor and facilitate the learning courses
- Responsible for Hard Skills Certificate of achievement
- Translate documents from English to Khmer and vice versa.
