Unit Head, Compliance 

Location: Head Office 

Minimum Requirements:

• Holding Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or equivalent 

• Minimum 2-year professional experience of Bank compliance 

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills 

• Good command of English

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate compliance issue/concern with organization (compliance checklist) 

• Implement precautions and revise guidelines that may be lacking in its scope 

• Maintain knowledge of bank industry best practices and disseminate to appropriate department heads 

• Provide internal assistant and advice in assessment of compliance 

• Liaise with external parties. e.g. regulator, external audit, correspondent bank on bank compliance
