Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement the marketing and communications strategy of PRASAC
• Manage PRASAC’s brand through marketing materials
• Develop office standard for interior and exterior decoration and coordinate the installation and evaluation level.
• Administer PRASAC website, information management and layout
• Consolidate creative concept and initiative ideas for designing marketing materials
• Design and propose ideas/concepts for any special events, booth preparation and other promotional materials
• Design and animate motion graphics for TVC, commercials, experiential events, animation, digital content, and more to share across social platforms
• Participate in developing strategic marketing plan and activities for Marketing and Communications Department
• Facilitate with printing houses and suppliers, quotation, material printing and quality control of all marketing materials
• Field visit in PRASAC’s operational areas or other locations as tasks required
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification

• Bachelor degree, diploma or similar in commercial art or graphic design
• At least 2 year experiences in working fulltime as graphic designer
• Proven working experience in digital photography and DSLR video shooting and editing, with a portfolio to prove it
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Motion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, and Microsoft Office, 3D Max , 3D Viz, AutoCAD and Autodesk Architectural Design)
• Able to produce design/artwork from written and verbal briefs, with both creativity and originality
• Relevant and robust professional experience
• Familiarity with special effects, motion graphics, color grading, and compositing
• A creative mind and impeccable storytelling skills
• Good command in English
• Self-motivation, willingness, honesty and hard working with high commitment, Organized with the ability to multi-task
• Good communication and ability to work in team
