To support the rapid growth of our operations, LOLC is recruiting one (01) Senior HR Officer To be based at Head Office (Phnom Penh)

POSITION: Senior HR Officer (1 positions)

LOCATION: Head Office (Phnom Penh,1 positions)

Duties and Responsibilities:

img1.png Support to review and write the HR’s guidelines, memo, resolutions and other instructions.
img1.png Keep tracking of all staff movement, turnover and staff analyzing reporting.
img1.png Follow up and reporting the staff performance management.
img1.png Make sure that the leave requests are well approved and recorded.
img1.png Ensure that all new staff’s ID card production is on time.
img1.png Check and verify that all staff appointment followed by the business plan.
img1.png Deal with all staff’s issues for both of head office and branches.
img1.png Make sure that all personnel files are in proper places for head office and branches.
img1.png Manage the employment contracts of staff and intern, letter of appointment, resolutions, staff transferring and all types of correspondence letters from HR Department to correspond on time.
img1.png Produce monthly/quarterly/yearly staffing report and credit officer productivity reports.
img1.png Updated monthly and quarterly organizational chart for branches and HO.
img1.png Perform other tasks assigned by the unit manager.

Qualification and Requirements:

img1.png Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration or HRM or equivalence.
img1.png Knowledge of Cambodia Labour Law and related Prakas.
img1.png Two years-working experiences in personnel administration management in MFIs/banks is an advantage.
img1.png Good computer skills
img1.png Good problem solving skills.
img1.png Good English proficiency
img1.png Good planning and organizing skills.
img1.png Hard-working and able to work under pressure.

Remuneration:
