Senior E-Banking System Officer

PRASAC MFI Ltd is the largest and leading microfinance institution in Cambodia in providing financial services to Cambodian people such as: credits, deposits, water bill payment, electricity bill payment, goods and service bill payment, transfer, money exchange, phone top-up, payroll service, fast payment, ATM, POS and others with a network of 176 offices and 128 ATMs all throughout Cambodia. PRASAC is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian candidate to fill in the position as stated below:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration of the switching, card management system, card production system, and other related software and devices to make sure that system is running smoothly
• Implements configuration and parameter setting/fine-tuning to improve the overall switching system performance
• Implements interface to billing providers through possible interface chennal(ISO Message, API, and other native interface)
• Configure HSM functions, generating, importing and exporting keys components
• Coordinates with other ATM terminals/POS, and other interfaces
• Response support to issue related to responsible system on helpdesk task
• Creating user manual/internal procedure/process of card center products, Internet banking and mobile banking system, ATM and POS
• Provide technical training to related staff on system workflow and how to use of responsible system.
• Ensures compliance to infrastructure security policies and guidelines
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification

• Bachelor degree in IT/MIS
• Experience in ATM Switching system, Card Management System, and card personallization software
• Minimum two years working experience in payment system, money transfer system or related field
• Good knowledge in Credit Card, Debit Card and Prepaid Card operation is an asset
• Knowledge of financial/accounting principles, banking operation, e-banking features and components
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation
• Willing to travel to provincial branches
