Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell PRASAC`s banking services and perform cross selling of all other products and services offered by PRASAC inside and outside office
• Preparing and organizing sales visit
• Introduce new PRASAC product to potential customers
• Establish new business with all stakeholders
• Assist and facilitate corporate and VIP clients
• Standardize Information delivery on products and services to the clients and the public
• Assist in prepare and participate in regular direct sales/promotion activities
• Assist in public relationship activities at branch level
• Implement customer service standard at branch level
• Handle direct complaints and suggestions from the clients and the public outside the office
• Perform others tasks as assigned by manager

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Banking and Management
• At least 1 year experiences in sale/marketing in banking or financial institution
• Good in communication, listening, negotiation, selling, and problem solving skills
• With professional manners
• Be confident and Presentation skills
• Well understanding and interest in financial and banking products and markets
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Good in analytical research information
• Strong Understanding of Customer Behavior
• Committed person and willing to learn new things
• Willing to travel
