Minimum Requirements:

  • BA or Master degree in Management, Banking and Finance, or related field 
  • Have 3-5 years working experience in human resource sector
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Work with integrity, objectivity, accountability and initiative
  • Be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate in annual hiring plan, budget plan, and recruitment cost monitoring
  • Implement the hiring plan by analyzing the actual need of staff hiring requests against approved budget plan for Divisions
  • Responsible for Employer Branding by conduct career fair and job competition programs with relevant stakeholders such as FTMS, EuroCham, ACCA, Universities, and Chinese Schools
  • Identify the talents, short-list applications and hire for Graduate Training Program
  • Act as a key contact point by giving advice and support to managers and staff on conditions of employment
  • Keep up to date of current issues and matters in the organization related to recruitment team
  • Prepare monthly hiring update report
  • Administer in ad hoc hiring, and hiring for replacement of staff transfer and/or promotion
  • In charge process staff hiring requests
  • Conduct interviews with the selected applicants confirmed by Department, Division, and/or Branches
  • Arrange and update competency Entrance Test questions where necessary
  • Manage reference check of the selected applicants
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Bank objectives and goals by efficiently accomplish individual KPI
  • Complete any tasks as assigned.
