Job Introduction
To collect late payments from customers to meet the target set by the Operations Department.
Job Description

Review and follow up loan recovery performance at branch level
-
Chase and spot check late and non-paying clients as directed by the Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager or Credit Agent
-
Act as a consultant to recommend late payment solution strategies
-
Classify and analyze late payment issues in a group to determine priority solutions with the Branch Manager or Provincial Manager and ask the Credit Agents responsible to take action
-
Initiate the conduct of risk prevention and recovery strategies
-
Train and coach branch staff on recovery procedures

Report 120-day-late payments to ensure loans are recovered on time
-
File complaints on 120-day-late payments with local authorities (commune and district officers, especially the police)

Prepare complaint files and perform role as plaintiff in court.
Job Requirements

Degree in Finance and Banking, Marketing, law or related fields

Minimum 2 years of work experience as Credit Officer

Good computer literacy
-
Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English

Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Able to work under pressure and willing to travel across branches.
