Job Description

IT Third-Party Management IC and QA Supervisor position assigned for to fulfillment supervising Third-Party management, facilitate IT Team’s performing Third-Party Management and problems solving, assuring IT Third-Party Management compliance to the Bank’s politics, standards, procedures.


  • Head Office, Phnom Penh (01 Post)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check the completeness and correctness of third-party documentation;
  • Check terms of listed agreements, renewal period, follow timely initiation procedures to prolong or end agreements, check and update status in related records;
  • Contact stakeholders to verify lists of current agreements, add new, check status, validity, upcoming refreshment etc.;
  • Insure on-time payments process;
  • Follow up third party provider company status by checking correspondence of agreement and physical address, public news.
  • Check completeness of documentation and steps performing while vendor shortlisting and vendor onboarding;
  • Work with teams for third party-related surveys, gathering questionnaires, reports.
  • Prepare all IT third-Party related reports for internal audits, finance team, admin team;
  • Perform gap-analysis over procedures, report for the logic errors, if any, propose processes improvement;

  • Facilitate to apply improvements or changes;
  • Lead related trainings and awareness to IT team;
  • Prepare and provide activity reports, including KPI reports & reports data analysis.

Skills and requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in field of Business, Banking and Finance, Law, Logistics or other related field;
  • 2-3 years in Vendor Management and Logistics Chain Management Processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Understanding of banking Third-Party Management standards and relevant local regulatory requirements;
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels;
  • Data analysis and presentations;
  • Project planning and management. Multiple tasks management;
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skill;
  • Fluent English (writing, speaking, listening);
  • Good communication skills and proactivity.
