To support the rapid growth of our operations, LOLC is recruiting one (01) HR Assistant To be based at Head Office (Phnom Penh)
POSITION: HR Assistant (1 positions)
LOCATION: Head Office (Phnom Penh,1 positions)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all human resource memos for both English and Khmer. | |
---|---|
Follow up works with human resource team members and other departments. | |
Analyze the human resource report. | |
Setting appointments and minute taking. | |
Maintaining calendars of HR management team and other departments. | |
Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets. | |
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. | |
Provide the clerical and administrative supports to Head of HR Department. | |
Perform other tasks assigned by Head of HR Department. |
Qualification and Requirements:
BBA in Business Management/English | |
---|---|
Fresh graduated student. | |
HR administration experience is prepared. | |
Have concepts in writing memos, instructions and other guidelines. | |
Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills. | |
Good computer skills. | |
Accuracy, attention to details, initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. | |
Honest and hardworking with a high ability to work with minimum supervision. |
