Head Unit, Support Function Audit (01Post)
Location: Head Office – Phnom Penh
Report to: Director, Head Office Audit Department
Deadline: 10-Feb-2019
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales finance dealership and discount partnership strategy to support company long term growth aspiration.
- Perform pre-audit and audit field work for business support functions exclude IT functions
- Review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control policies & procedures and workflow process of company/business function
- Provide feedback on risk control matrix, audit program guide and working papers
- Support to subordinates in performing the audit tasks
- Prepare and review the draft audit report of subordinates during field work
- Participate in audit post engagement with Skill manager
- Review staff performance appraisal
- Assist DHAD & Skill manager in performing other tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent degree is required of accounting, Audit, or Finance qualification.
- At least 2 years working experiences in related field.
- Knowledge of financial or business analysis, internal control system, organizational structure, works flow and operating procedures.
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitments and trustworthiness.
- Advance written and verbal skills with excellent English.
- Computer literate in MS Office (Word, MS Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Be available to travel in rural areas.
Remuneration:
