Head of Auto Unit

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sale strategies to ensure proper implementation of Auto Loan and improve the volume of Auto Loan in to market share.
• Monitors sale target (Auto Loans) of sales team each branches, and monthly follow up for their performance to ensure achieving the given target.
• Take a Lead the sale team (COs), Head of Branch Sale to promote the Bank’s products and services through regular sale campaign arrangement.
• Building a good relationship to potential customers and existing potential customers in order to retain their services with Cambodia Post Bank plc.
• Provides quarterly/weekly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
• Conducts training to staffs related to Sale on Auto product or other products policy that set by the Bank.
• Consolidate reports from each Branches and report to Lending Manager.
• Support to Branches of Cambodia Post Bank on door to door sale lead.
• Other duties will be assigned by Manager or Management.

Experience Profile

• A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred
• At least 1 years of experience in sale management and 2 years in management level relating to MFI/Bank performance Management.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
• Broad understanding how bank operates
• Strong negotiation Skill
• Excellence in English communication (both verbal and writing)
• Comprehensive selling skills
