Deputy Director, ​Non Credit Product Development Department (1Post)

Report to: Director, ​Non Credit Product Development Department

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies and implement tactical plans for deposit products and other banking services.
• Deal and take lead the product and process development, enhancement, monitoring of non-credit products.  
• Develop the product policy, procedures, and guideline and process workflows.
• Monitor the performance of the products and propose to enhance those existing product lines to be better in the market.
• Ensure product price competitiveness and feature benefit suitability to meet needs of our target customer segments.
• Prepare business proposals for seeking validation from senior management.
• Analyzes cost & benefit of non-credit products, marketing or sale activities.
• Prepares the budget plan/sale projections for non-credit product launch, sale or marketing campaign.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in banking/finance or business management, or related fields
• At least 04 year experience in consumer banking, insurance or financial services industry.
• Extensive knowledge in insurance, strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills, project management skill.
• Be proficient in English both speaking and writing
• Be Innovative, dynamic and confident
• Be well time management. 
  

Remuneration:
