Compliance 

Location: Head Office 

Minimum Requirements:

• Holding Bachelor Degree in Law, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or equivalent 

• Fresh graduate are also welcomed 

• Experience in compliance with bank, law firm, or MFI is preferred 

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills • Good command of English

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process creating new policies, procedure and reinforce existing policies or procedures 

• Perform gap analysis on the adherence to external and internal policies 

• Monitor daily SAM alert (suspicious activity monitoring) 

• Implement FATCA regulation to identify U.S person and U.S indicia 

• Ensure banking operations are consistent with local law and Taiwan regulation
