Location:   Head Office-Phnom Penh  Report to:  Head of IT Operation and System Admin Department  Deadline:  24-May-2020
Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and configure Active Data Guard configuration, Real Application Cluster (RAC), Golden Gate, and troubleshooting the issue.Install and configure Oracle Database software and create new database system as business requirement.Control and manage the existing database on Core Banking System, ATM, Mobile Banking System, LOS, Data Warehouse and troubleshoot especially database backup and restoration.Administrate and perform patching on the database system and SQL Tuning, performance tuning.Manage and control data masking on critical database is properly done.Work with support team to solve the database issue.Administrate on security of all databases system and perform regular securities monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.Support other related units, branches or departments to resolve the issue on critical system.Implement the Disaster Recovery, Data Continuity Plan on Database with other related critical system.Verify the existing procedure/guideline or new system deployment procedure/guideline to meet up to date.Manage team to complete the tasks assigned by management and establish the activities plan.Administrate and monitor jobs performance on all database to meet SLA.To ensure all databases system with high security, high availability and ensure database system is running 24/7 without interruption.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree of Computer Science or related fields.At least 4 years working experience in Database Administration / IT.Experience on loading huge data (ETL), transforming, and Analyzing the data and experience in Data warehouse performance tuning and analysis.Working experience with Microfinance or Commercial Bank is a plus.Oracle Certified (OCA, OCP)  is preferable.Good knowledge of RDBMS, system Integration, database backup & recovery technology, database high availability technology and database security.Good knowledge on database tuning for Oracle Database, SQL Server, MySQL,…Good at spoken and written communication skills both English and Khmer.Able to work at night for solving critical issue or other tasks assigned by management.
