Training and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate internal trainings with related departments
  • Facilitate external trainings with training providers
  • Facilitate Standard training for new staffs
  • Develop and regularly update training packages for standard trainings and other internal training
  • Assist Head of Training Unit to conduct TNA and prepare training calendar
  • Record all trainings, events, seminars and workshop
  • Prepare monthly training report to Head of Training & Development Unit
  • All kind of trainings with departments are on time well-facilitated as a plan

Key requirement for this role

  • Bachelor Degree in Business administration or English foreign language
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Punctuality and good team work
