Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or Accounting at least 1 year prior experience in Credit Skills or commercial Loan
• Organizational and time management skills

  • Job Requirement
    
    • Review and verify the quality of loan application and complementary reference documents after received from branches and before submitted to the Credit Committee
    • Coordinate and support to branch staff about guidelines related to loan processing and correcting their mistakes and/or errors of completing the loan documents
    • Prepare loan documents and collect the complementary information from branches for making decision and coordinating to form up the credit committee meeting for loan approval
    • Prepare loan minute appropriately and submit to the credit committee for sign approval and then scan back to the branch on time
    • Keep and prepare the file of loan minute with orderly and safe
    • Facilitate and inform back to the branches on time about the result of credit committee’s decision
    • Monitor and prepare the report of loan approval by the credit committee
    • Report and monitor about loan quality that approved by the credit committee ( always check the client overdue and report to the credit committee)
    • Train and contribute good experiences about loan assessment and communication skill to CO, CCO, and BM
