POSITION: Senior Treasury Officer (1 positions)

LOCATION: Head Office (Phnom Penh,1 positions)

Duties and Responsibilities:

img1.pngInitiate and recommend new treasury business with approved portfolio.
img1.pngPrepare/review policies and guidelines relating to treasury operations and management and ensure that the policies and guidelines are in line with NBC’s requirements.
img1.pngCollaborate with branch staff to cross-sell treasury products.
img1.pngIdentify potential new business opportunities and provide the appropriate solutions.
img1.pngUnderstand the competition’s capabilities and gaps to better position the MDI treasury products.
img1.pngExpand and advance existing treasury operations.
img1.pngTrain the treasury products to Branch (may be required to travel to provinces).
img1.pngAssisting in consolidation branch report and daily activities.
img1.pngPreparing Outward Transfer in SWIFT System and debit Beneficiary Account and also prepare Inward Transfer and credit beneficiary account.
img1.pngPrepare swift procedures and manual and other related activities to process the swift.
img1.pngReview the audit finding for branch performance.
img1.pngPerform other duties required by Head of Treasury and Management Department.

Qualification and Requirements:

img1.pngMinimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance, Accounting, and Banking.
img1.pngAt least 3-year experiences in Treasury operations and management
img1.pngKnowledge and experience with sale of banking service & product.
img1.pngComputer proficiency in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and Core Banking System.
img1.pngStrong organizational skills, client-focused, relationship-building behavior.
img1.pngGood communication in English.
