Senior Risk Management Officer 

Location: Head Office 

Minimum Requirements:

• University Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields 

• 2 years’ working experience in a Banking environment, with sound exposure to Bank Operations, Regulatory and Compliance requirements 

• Knowledge of Banking and Business Operations and risk management 

• Good negotiation, planning, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills 

• Good English proficiency, both written and spoken 

• Computer literacy (MS. Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and improve operational risk management within departments 

• Review all Internal & External Audit reports to extract relevant risk & control information for use in reporting and remediation 

• Monitor and act on any KPI adverse trends that arise 

• Monitor resolution of all  associated Internal Audit recommendations 

• Track and analyze incidences of frauds (successful and attempted). Identify causes and implement with respective units comprehensive measures to close loopholes 

• Performed other task ask required
