Job Introduction

The incumbent is assigned to support and assist Manager, HR Project to deliver HR projects such as Employer of Choice (EoC), Internal Communications and Staff Engagement, and E-portal to make sure they run smoothly.

Job Description

• Assist in planning and implementation of HR projects by ensuring that all projects are delivered within timeline

• Facilitate and participate in brainstorming and initiating new HR Projects to meet business needs

• Coordinate and support inter-department collaboration related to HR projects to ensure milestone of the projects are realized, implemented and delivered

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to design communications tools following Amret EoC

• Track, monitors and report project status to supervisor and relevant stakeholders

• Coordinate and support related HR event both internally and externally

Job Requirements

• Degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields

• Experience in handling HR projects and communications is preferred

• Experience in leading external events is a plus

• Good interpersonal and motivational skills

• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.

• Able to travel to provinces (for some related projects)

• Very good English

• Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
