To provide HR services and consultations, and to enhance people performance in order to support business strategies and needs.
Identify HR solutions to enhance performance in order to support business operations and strategies
Support HPOs, DHPOs and BMs in analyzing professional discussion results to ensure fairness and alignment with business objectives and performance curve
Assist HPOs, DHPOs and BMs in setting performance and skills improvement plan to achieve and maintain high performance culture at provincial office
Improve and monitor employee relations and engagement within provincial office
Support HR operations, recruitment and staff capacity development teams to deliver HR services, disseminate HR policies and processes and reinforce their implementation, engage in the people’s review process
Facilitate and provide consultation on promotion, demotion, transfer and disciplinary action to ensure fairness and alignment with internal guidelines and compliance with labor law and regulations
Monitor and evaluate HR initiatives and activities in provincial office and branches to ensure proper application and implementation of corporate culture, values and code of conduct.
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields
Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR or consultancy or a related field
Experience in working in complex working environments
Good Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
Be dynamic, committed and able travel to branches.
