Brief Description

The position of Senior Officer consists of the followings:

•  Monitor budget of each department 
• Preparereport and analysis cost allocation by department
• AssistFinance Manager for IFRS project
• AssistFinance Manager to handle administrative work
• Assistother tasks assigned by management

 Key responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager in IFRSConversion Project required by regulator;
• Produce on Cost Allocation bydepartment or others;
• Monitor budget from each department
• Working closely with externalconsultant and internal to meet the project timeline;
• Prepare the report and analysis costby department;
• Provide coaching and training toofficer staff;
• Assist Finance Manager to handleadministrative work and
• Assist other tasks assigned bymanagement.

Line of Communication

• Direct report to Finance Manager
• Supervise team officer.

Qualification & Requirements

• Having 2 years’ experience with bank and/or auditing firm is a plus;
• Hold bachelor degree in Accounting or related field;
• Pursuing ACCA is an advantage;
• Good working within Ms. Office such as excel and word;
• Good speaking and writing in both Khmer and English and
