About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Role Type: Permanent, full-time
As the Retail Credit Manager, you will execute a forward looking risk identification role with the objective of avoiding loses and supporting a proactive dynamic approach to review risk management.
Part of your role is to monitor early defaulter customers less than 90 days past due and escalate early defaulters to Relationship Managers and assist in advising on management their individual set portfolio.
You are expected to produce monthly report of loan facility from CBS to identify risk areas where the RM and ARM are not aware (e.g. OD hard core) and monitor industry risk in maintaining and developing organized collections of relevant documentations (electronic or hard copy) to analyse arising risk that can have impact to ANZ Royal Bank.
You will also build professional relationships with the Relationship Managers, Assistant Managers and all credit related staff.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
- Industry knowledge and understanding of lending related NBC legislation
- Good knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Sound knowledge of risk management, credit policy procedures and processes and impacts on collections strategies
- Customer service-oriented with great interpersonal and communication skills
