Research & Product Development Manager

 BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • Research & Product Development Manager is responsible for researching, developing and launching new products & services and enhancing and redesigning the existing products & services.
  • Research & Product Development Manager will work with individuals across departments to identify and define target market segment,market requirements, key business strategies and the competitive environment for our niche market.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conductthe market research to support decision-making on the offering of competitive products & services

Reviewthe existing products & services

Undertakein-depth market insight to provide fact-based decision-making to support the product development activities

(Re)develop and commercialize the existing and new products & services

Prepare research & development proposals

                                                                                                    

QUALIFICATIONS& REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience

  • 3-5 years of work experience in research and product development in the banking industry

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Banking & Finance/Business
  • Have basic knowledge in FinTech
  • Have strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Have a good command of English
