Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies to ensure that annual staffing plan are met in a timely manner and qualified staff are appointed;  
• Design or revises recruitment process when needed to ensure a speedy recruitment and effective recruitment process;  
• Build a quality relationship with Branch Managers, internal staff, universities, and external recruitment agencies to attract qualified candidates;  
• Design recruitment tests;  
• Conduct job interview for various job positions;  
• Ensure transparent staff recruitment and internal promotion;  
• Work closely with Head of Human Resources department to ensure high staff satisfaction with the company;  
• Manage and develops recruitment team;  
• Ensure that all staff under his/her supervision perform their functions properly;  
• Regularly travel to branch offices for staff recruitment and staff motivation; 

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field;  
• Minimum 3 years experiences in recruitment with Microfinance;  
• Fast learner and motivated to work in a challenging environment;  
• Strong communication and facilitation skills;  
• Strong leadership and analytical skill;  
• Committed to frequently travel to branch offices
