Manager, IFRS Specialist and Group Reporting (01 post.)

 

Location:  Head Office-Phnom Penh  Report to:  Director, Finance Department  Deadline:  26 August 2019
Duties and Responsibilities:Review consolidated financial reports of HKL as a whole and ensure that the reports are in compliance with the Cambodian Accounting Standards and the guideline from the NBC and can be released by the timeline.Review financial reports at branch level and ensure that the report is properly prepared.Prepare statutory/interim financial statements and ensure that the presentation and disclosure are in compliance with Cambodian Accounting Standards and the guideline from the NBC.Review financial report by cost center and ensure that it is properly prepared.Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually Group Reporting and ensure that the information in the reporting meets the Group’s requirement and deadline.Coordinate and respond any requests from the Group in the timely manner.Draft CIFRS report from CAS and update the progress of CIFRS implementation on the timely manner.Closely work with the Group for IFRS 9.Update for any new IFRS standards.Assist Deputy Director of Finance Department in working with CBS team.Assist Finance Director in identifying the potential impact to the Company.Performance other tasks assigned by Finance Director.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.ACCA Student at P level or ACCA Graduate is a plus.Minimum 3 years working experiences in banking sector or audit firm.Proficiency in English.Advanced in Ms. Excel.Good computer literacy.Hight commitment with self-motivation.
