Position  : Manager, Credit Operations Unit (1pts)  

Location : Head Office

Job Responsibilities  

• Develop strategies and set priorities for the team on managing day-to-day operations for both retail and commercial loan disbursement, maintenance and related lending fee charge in core banking system with high accuracy and on time  
• Design and review team procedures to ensure segregation of duty is in place  
• Drive key initiatives to enhance customer experience and team efficiency  
• Authorize and review team transactions processed on a daily basis  
• Lead a group of people and ensure they are motivated towards achieving overall team plan and business objective  
• Keep the team inform on policy, procedure, operational, and training and ensure that team is always motivated throughout development plan from line manager coaching/mentoring
• Identify, build, and manage relationship with both internal and external key stakeholders
• Drive action plan to remedy any issue arising from internal control, auditor and compliance/regulatory review       

 

Job Requirements   

• Bachelor degree in banking, business administration or other related fields  
• Minimum five years of banking experiences which included two years of team management  
• Very good knowledge of Credit operation function on both lending system and administration and knowledge of card/operation support function is a plus  
• High attention to detail and accuracy with very good organizational and time management skill  
• Good understanding of processes, risk management and practices in Operations  
• Good communication, negotiation, engagement and people skill  
• Excellent computer literacy, in particular MS Office
