Job Details

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Finance and Banking, IT, English, or equivalent 
  • One year experience in HR function will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of Chinese language is a plus
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented personality
  • Ability to build good relationships and effective communication skills
  • Good teamwork spirit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing employee relations and on-boarding process
  • Leave management
  • Attendance monitoring
  • Process and handle HR compliance issues
